Karyakin Igor Vyacheslavovich was born on October 28, 1974; ornithology scientist. He is the author of several books about birds of Russia, the author of the complex of methodical developments accounting for birds of prey, owls, the author of tens of films about birds of prey in Russia.

Jevgeni Eduardovich Shergalin was born on 15th august 1961 in Tallinn in the family of engineers. Since 1999 he cooperates with IAF, was a member of Advisory Committee of IAF, since 2005 he is staff member of International Wildlife Consultants, the UK and an archivist of Falconry Heritage Trust; member of Central Council of Menzbier Ornithological Society and Russian Bird Conservation Union. He was a member of Organizing Committee of all three International Falconry Festivals (2007, 2009, 2011), compiler of the world photo-album on falconry and an author of more than 70 scientific and scientific-popular articles on birds of prey.
For service in international cooperation in falconry, support of falconers in Russia in the world falconry community Jevgeni Eduardovich Shergalin was awarded by the title «Honorary member» of the Interregional public organization of conservation of birds of prey and falconry development «Association of Falconers» (Order № 25 from 07.06.2013).
